DR. Herbert Kollinger
Dr. Kollinger is a Black Diamond Allergan Injector and residency trained General/cosmetic Surgeon having practiced surgery for over 20 years here in Atlanta. For the last 14 years he has been practicing Aesthetic Medicine by being the Chief Medical Officer at Spa Sydell previously and now is a Medical Director for some of the most well-known Med Spas in the Atlanta area. The BEST, of course, being Sempre Day & Medical Spa. We are thrilled to have Dr. Kollinger guiding our team, not only because of his extensive knowledge and pedigree, but also because he is a local Johns Creek Resident!

Katie has proudly owned Sempre Day & Medical Spa for nearly four years, transforming it from a small massage-focused day spa into a thriving luxury destination offering both advanced medical aesthetics and traditional spa services. Through her vision, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit, Sempre has grown into a premier wellness and beauty destination known for exceptional patient care, innovative treatments, and a relaxing, upscale experience.
As a mother of three with another sweet baby on the way, Katie understands the importance of balancing self-care, confidence, and wellness with the demands of everyday life. She successfully juggles business ownership and motherhood while remaining deeply committed to helping both women and men look and feel their absolute best.
Katie’s passion for business, personal growth, and building meaningful relationships with clients has been the driving force behind Sempre’s continued success. She believes that confidence starts from within and loves creating an environment where every guest feels welcomed, valued, refreshed, and empowered.
When she’s not at the spa, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her team, and continuing to explore new opportunities to bring the latest advancements in wellness and aesthetics to the Sempre community.
